Biography: Bhodram Dubey
Mr. Dubey was born in 1894 at Sambalpur. He was educated at Ravenshaw College and secured first class in M.A. He took the Law degree from the Calcutta University. In 1922 he joined the Sambalpur Bar and became its acknowledged leader. He is now the Minister in charge of Local Self Government, Health, Law and Commerce.
His personal magnetism, mature experience and remarkable energy have equipped him with the qualities of an ideal Minister.
